Longing for You

Holding onto those letters and pictures,
I can only think of those times past.
When we would look into each others eyes,
And see our future together.
But now we are apart, and may never be able to fit again.
And now I can tell you that I cannot live without you
Dark and stormy clouds block my view of the sun
And nothing I can do can get the supercells out of the sky
But hopefully a beam of light will dissipate the darkness
And bring me the face of my one true love.

Those winter days where you kept me warm.

That Death could never part.
